KLF Capital Enterprises LLC provides same-day and contract courier services based on availability, location, and scheduling. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We operate in Michigan, where severe weather such as snowstorms may impact delivery schedules. In such cases, deliveries will be completed when it is safe to drive. Weather-related delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
If a delivery cannot be completed for reasons within our control, no charge will be applied.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled delivery are not eligible for a refund.
KLF Capital Enterprises LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, road conditions, or other external factors.
