Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled delivery are not eligible for a refund.
If a cancellation is requested before this time frame, charges may be waived depending on the status of the delivery and scheduling.
If a delivery is delayed due to severe weather conditions, including snowstorms common in Michigan, the delivery will be completed when it is safe to drive. Weather-related delays do not qualify as cancellations.
