If we are unable to complete a delivery for reasons within our control, no charge will be applied.
Refunds are not provided once a delivery has been completed. If a delivery is delayed due to weather conditions, including severe snowstorms common in Michigan, the delivery will be completed when it is safe to drive. Weather-related delays do not qualify for refunds.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled delivery are not eligible for a refund.
